Free Intro to Lamaze Class
Wondering about the benefits of a Lamaze Class, but want to take a "test drive" first? Watch our Intro to Lamaze Session to learn what a Lamaze Class is like. You'll also receive a coupon off your group Lamaze class! (You'll find the link in a small box just before our list of available classes.)
Lamaze Group Class
The main focus of this interactive class is to prepare you and your labor support for a positive childbirth experience.
The class offers information on pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period while focusing on practical pain management skills and information on your options during birth.

DC Lamaze is
Here to Help!
The instructors of DC Lamaze love sharing the miracle of birth with expectant families! We are here to help everyone prepare for a positive birth experience.
However, we understand not all families can afford the cost of a class. So, starting January 1st, a portion of our class fees went towards our new “Here to Help” program. Now we are able to begin sharing these funds with moms in need!

Those who qualify may receive attendance in one of our 4 week live online Lamaze Prepared Childbirth Class at 25% off, 50% off, or free of charge!** We cannot think of a better way to help all women have a wonderful “birth” day!

1. Don't forget to use your FSA and HSA funds. We offer receipts and certificates that can help you take advantage of the money you have already set aside for healthcare-related spending.
2. Add it to your baby shower wish list! A few friends can help you get diapers and others can contribute to your class. The gift of learning is always priceless!

This wonderful group hosted by the Postpartum Group of VA meets virtually on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of each month. This helps women connect and learn from each other!

Private Classes
Sometimes you need a little one-on-one care with a private class. Perhaps you're on bedrest or swamped at work. Whichever the case may be, your class can be done live online with one of our certified childbirth educators who is also a doula! For details about class content and costs, click the link below.

Specialty Classes
Moms get lots of classes, but dads need BOOT CAMP! Try this 3 hour virtual class to meet "veteran dads" and their new babies to help you prepare for fatherhood! (And yes, they have one for moms, too!)
The holidays are coming and so is your little one! Fit your childbirth class in by doing it with an On Demand Lamaze Combo Class! It includes a virtual baby care class!
