This class is a one day, weekend class from 9am - 5pm
The $60.00, nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of registration. There will be an additional $125.00 due to the teacher via mail or PayPal.
Note: Registration fees are non-refundable but transferable to another class.

23rd St DC - Lamaze Class - Weekend 1-Day
Enjoy some time preparing for your special “birth” day with a fun, informative, Lamaze Class! You and your support person will learn:
- Anatomy
- signs of labor
- helpful hints for the coach
- comfort measures such as breathing & relaxation techniques
- various positions to help reverse back labor and failure to progress
- Hospital procedures and interventions
- Medications
- cesarean birth
- birth day care for mom and baby
The goal of the course is to provide a balanced approach, combining the benefits of Lamaze with medical practices, if needed, to enable mom to enjoy a positive birth experience.
