Boot Camp for New Dads
During a 3-hour workshop, "Rookie" dads-to-be talk to "Veteran" new dads (with their babies) about what the first months of fatherhood are really like.
(Yes, there's one for moms, too!)

Prepare your first-born for the new baby with a class to learn all about their care! They'll get a package in the mail with items to decorate the nursery and a super hero mask and cape to be a super sibling!

About The Event
Register by 1/3/19 and save $30 on your class balance.
After 1/3/19 the class is $195.00. A $60.00 deposit is due to hold your spot and the remaining balance will be due before the first class. Your instructor will provide directions on how to pay the balance.
Enjoy some time preparing for your special “birth” day with a fun, informative, Lamaze Class! You and your support person will learn:
- Anatomy
- Signs of labor
- Helpful tips for the coach
- Comfort measures such as breathing and relaxation techniques
- Various positions to help reverse back labor and slow progress
- Hospital procedures and interventions
- Medications
- Cesarean birth
- Birth day care for mom and baby
- Introduction to breastfeeding
The goal of the course is to provide a balanced approach, combining the benefits of Lamaze with medical practices, if needed, to enable mom to enjoy a positive birth experience.
