The class is $115.00. A $15.00 deposit is due to hold your spot and the balance will be due via PayPal to the instructor.

Class start dates are a flexible 60 day period between Memorial Day and Aug. 31.  Notify me of your date choices with your registration.

Trying to fit a refresher childbirth class into your busy summer schedule? Enjoy some time preparing for your special “birth” day with a fun, informative, On-Demand Lamaze Class! You and your support person will learn all that is normally offered in a private class, but at the group class cost!

The first two videos (about 2 hours each) will cover:

• Anatomy
• Signs of labor
• Helpful hints for the coach
• Comfort measures such as breathing and relaxation techniques
• Various positions to help reverse back labor and failure to progress
• Hospital procedures and interventions
• Medications
• Cesarean birth
• Birth day care for mom and baby

The goal of this portion of the course is to provide a balanced approach, combining the benefits of Lamaze with medical practices, if needed, to enable mom to enjoy a positive birth experience. 

Finally, pick ANY Thursday evening or Saturday morning to prepare your firstborn for your newborn! (Supply me with 3 date options so that we can set up 1 for class.)

Are the older sibling(s) ready for this big event?  Help them prepare to be a super-duper sibling by taking this fun class as they learn some Baby Fundamentals!  This LIVE ONLINE interactive class includes:

*Newborn appearance

*Ways to help at feeding time

*Reasons why babies cry

*Ways to play with the baby

*Keeping baby safe in the home

Plus, your sibling child will get a package in the mail!  They will receive a "Do Not Distrub My Sleeping Baby!" door hanger sign, items to decorate the nursery, a super-hero mask, and a cape as they graduate from this class!  If you have more than one sibling attending, simply order an additional mailing for each one at $14 per sibling.  This class can be taken any time during mom's second or third trimester.  (Parents are requested to attend this online class with their child(ren) for security reasons.)  $6.25 additional shipping fees apply for this mailing.

Registrants for this class also receive a book, complimentary review videos, and an optional private 20 min. Zoom meeting with the instructor IN ADDITION to the Sibling Class at any time during the viewing period.
