During a 3-hour workshop, "Rookie" dads-to-be talk to "Veteran" new dads (with their babies) about what the first months of fatherhood are really like.

About The Event
This specially priced class rate is $160.00. A $40.00 registration fee is due to hold your spot and the remaining balance will be due two weeks before the class start date. Once your balance is paid via PayPal, you will receive the invitation to your LIVE ONLINE class or the links to your pre-recorded ON DEMAND class. Both are followed up with a private 30 min. virtual meeting 2 weeks later. Please be sure to include your home address so that all materials can be mailed to you before the class begins!
Enjoy some time preparing for your special “birth” day with a fun, informative, Lamaze Class! You and your support person will learn:
- Anatomy
- Signs of labor
- Helpful hints for the coach
- Comfort measures such as breathing and relaxation techniques
- Various positions to help reverse back labor and failure to progress
- Hospital procedures and interventions
- Medications
- Cesarean birth
- Birth day care for mom and baby
- BONUS: You can also have a private 30 min. zoom chat 2 weeks after the class occurs. This will give you a chance to ask those private questions, verify your breathing and birthing positions are being done correctly and reinforce everything you've learned!
The goal of the course is to provide a balanced approach, combining the benefits of Lamaze with medical practices, if needed, to enable mom to enjoy a positive birth experience.
