Labor Pain: Comfort Techniques LIVE ONLINE

Labor pain is different than other types of pain!  Learn how you and your birth partners can provide comfort and support using a variety of hands-on techniques to manage labor contractions.  Practice will be encouraged virtually! Also includes a discussion of the risks and benefits of epidurals to help guide your decisions.
