About The Event
Learn self-care strategies after vaginal and C-section birth including care in the hospital and at home. Newborn care will include feeding, bathing, dressing, diapering, swaddling and calming techniques.
Please note that this 2 1/4 hour class is a portion of the Infant Care Class. For more indepth training including CPR, consider registering for the four-hour Infant Care plus CPR class.
