About our New Express Childbirth Classes

Fee: $180

 

Duration: Express Childbirth Class (8:30-1:00 pm) .

 

Prepare for your special day with this informative Express Childbirth Class. This is the "essential core" of our childbirth classes, but includes those important techniques found in Lamaze that helps ensure a positive birth experience!

 

You and your support person will learn:

• Anatomy, signs and stages of labor

• Great tips for the support partner

• Comfort measures (breathing, relaxation, positions, etc.)

• Ways to advocate for your best birth experience

• Techniques for challenges like back labor and stalled progress

• Hospital procedures, interventions, medications and Cesarean birth

• Postpartum care for you as a new mom

 

All registrants will receive a book and access to complimentary videos for home viewing. This allows more time to be spent on instruction, preparation, and practice!
