Wondering about the benefits of a Lamaze Class, but want to take a "test drive" first? Come to an Intro to Lamaze Session to learn what a Lamaze Class is like.

This class will allow you to meet an instructor, see some current parents taking a class, and get a sneak peak at what our classes cover.
Plan on taking an intro session sometime during your second trimester, no matter where you plan to take your actual class.

There is NO registration fee, but to prepare for your arrival, please complete the registration process and you will see confirmation that this is a free event.
Attendance will help you learn more about the benefits of preparing for birth with a Lamaze class and you will receive a GIFT CERTIFICATE for up to $20.00 to apply to ANY future childbirth class with DC Lamaze!
